The Moresby North East District Seventh-Day Adventist church launched its activities and program at Bautama today.
The district opening was attended by all churches, coordinators and pastors in the district.
The District Director Pr. Nathan Kaipu outline the vision and Mission for the district. The vision and mission has been derived from the PNG Union Mission and Central Papua Conference.
They are;
1. Be spirit-filled church and evangelism must be priority
2. Baptize more people
3. Organize churches based on their performance and activities.
Pr. Kaipu emphasize that all people working in all works of life to bring their expertise into the ministry of God.
The district Youth Ministries have two projects which are;
1. AYM website
2. Reporting system.
The website is live mneadventistyouth.org . The website is to disseminate information and all relevant resource materials is available on the website.
The quarterly reporting will be online. The reports will be submitted online and district coordinators and Pastors will access the data. The system has been developed and will be launched soon.
